Information is used to respond to lesson inquiries, discuss availability, and determine appropriate program placement. Thors Thunder Tennis does not sell personal information.
Children’s information
Parents and guardians should submit inquiries for players under 18. The form is designed to collect only the information needed to respond about tennis lessons and program placement.
